Important note – please read before purchasing:

1. You have been a Skymiles member for more than 30 days prior to purchasing this item. If your account is new we cannot upgrade you until 30 days has passed
2. You need to have flown on at least 1 Delta-marketed flight (006 ticket stock) on a fare class higher than Basic Economy within the past 2 years
3. You have not received a Status Match, promotional Medallion Status or complimentary Medallion Status in the past 3 years

Processing time: about 10 – 15 business days

Delta officially communicates that they aim to process all requests within 5 working days, but to allow up to 2 weeks not including holidays and weekends. At the moment they are taking around 10-15 working days upgrade, so please bear this in mind as we cannot influence how long it takes.
